About Kinsey
My journey as a designer began in high school where I found a passion for traditional art. I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2015, where I acquired a solid foundation in design principles that continues to guide my work today.
My first design job was in 2013, where I designed custom software. Learning HTML and working alongside developers early on was extremely valuable. Afterwards, I worked at multiple marketing and brand agencies for 8 years then switched to corporate branding in 2023.
While working full-time, I have always loved a good side hustle. I had a successful photography business and still freelance design under my name regularly. I even owned my own sticker business for years at one point.
At my core, I am a creative human and always have a project. I paint, sew, crochet, scrapbook, garden, cook, read.. you name it. Juggling 74 things at one time is what I do best!
While I love to be creative and find a lot of fulfillment in design, my motivation comes from my two wonderful children, Sutton and Barrett.
As a single mother, achieving success is not just a choice; it's a necessity. I can assure you that prioritizing my career is of utmost importance to me.
Balancing my career with my role as a mom has instilled in me a profound sense of resilience, adaptability, and time management skills. I am committed to a career that allows me to contribute strategically and creatively while also providing the flexibility needed to excel in both spheres of my life.
If I can manage a household of toddlers, I can manage a global campaign ;)
Beyond design, my interests in reading, traveling, drawing and painting fuel my creativity and inspire fresh perspectives in my work. There is nothing more satisfying than updating my GoodReads account with my latest 5-star read.
